How to Apply
Has your family been impacted by an accident in the industry? Do you know a tower industry worker and/or family who have recently been affected by a post-accident or fatality situation? The Tower Industry Family Support Charitable Foundation encourages you to complete the official application today. The Foundation Advisory Committee will begin evaluating the application, after receiving a signed copy of the form.
To begin this process, click on the “Apply Now” icon below to download the official Tower Industry Family Support Charitable Foundation application form.
The completed application should be submitted to the Tower Family Foundation via email at [email protected]. Please note “Tower Industry Family Support Charitable Foundation” in the subject line of the email to ensure proper processing. The Tower Family Foundation Advisory Committee will review all completed applications and determine awards based on the documents received.
