Jim Tracy is the CEO of The Legacy Companies and has over 30 years of experience in Senior Management of commercial construction and engineered products manufacturing. As the CEO and founding partner, Jim’s focus is creating a team vision for the people who execute projects for Legacy’s diverse areas of expertise. Jim has 20 years of experience in tower and power line infrastructure construction, including managing multiple site and extremely remote environment projects.

Jim is an instrument rated Pilot with 1500 hours of flight time in high performance and complex aircraft. He is a frequent author and sought after speaker and lecturer on a wide variety of topics where he is considered a SME. Jim is involved in the leadership of diverse and select organizations which include:

  • National Association of Tower Erectors, Past Board Chairman
  • National Wireless Safety Alliance, Founding Past President
  • Pilot’s for Christ International, West Regional Director
  • The Mission House, Past Vice President and Director

Wade Collins is the Director for Business Development at Flash Technology, an international aviation obstruction lighting OEM located in Franklin, Tennessee. For more than 20 years, Wade and his team have provided turnkey solutions to client companies in the telecom, broadcast, utilities, oil and gas, government and wind energy markets. Wade’s expertise includes FAA compliance, lighting solutions, asset management and field services.

Actively engaged with NATE since 1996, Wade served on the Membership Committee for five years and has facilitated multiple education outreach initiatives for NATE members. At the NATE UNITE 2017 Conference Wade was awarded the Chairman’s Coin for Dedication, Excellence and Service.

Paula Nurnberg serves as the Chief Operating Officer of the National Association of Tower Erectors (NATE). She works in unison with the Chair, Board of Directors and Executive Director to provide leadership, vision and direction for the NATE Administrative Team, and is responsible for all aspects of the day-to-day operations of the Association. Paula joined NATE as a staff member in 1995, the startup era of the Association, and has held positions in Operations, Events, Member Services, and Publishing including both Marketing and Advertising.
