Jim Tracy serves as the President of the Board of Directors of the Tower Industry Family Support Charitable Foundation. He is the CEO of The Legacy Companies and has over 30 years of experience in Senior Management of commercial construction and engineered products manufacturing. As the CEO and founding partner, Jim’s focus is creating a team vision for the people who execute projects for Legacy’s diverse areas of expertise. Jim has 20 years of experience in tower and power line infrastructure construction, including managing multiple site and extremely remote environment projects.
Jim is an instrument rated Pilot with 1500 hours of flight time in high performance and complex aircraft. He is a frequent author and sought after speaker and lecturer on a wide variety of topics where he is considered a SME. |Victor Drouin serves as the Vice President of the Tower Industry Family Support Charitable Foundation. He is the President of Green Mountain Communications, Inc., located in Pembroke, New Hampshire. He began his telecommunications career in 1981 and has owned and operated Green Mountain for over 20 years. Green Mountain’s experienced team has been assessing the challenges faced by businesses and delivering communication solutions that integrate the most advanced technologies. They currently employ approximately 70 industry professionals and primarily service the Northeast Region.|
|Craig Lekutis serves as the Secretary/Treasurer of the Tower Industry Family Support Charitable Foundation. He is the President of WirelessEstimator.com. Prior to founding the website dedicated to worker safety and the tower siting, engineering and construction industry in 2004, he managed a national contractor program for American Tower Corporation. A former newspaper journalist, Craig has over 30 years of industry experience and was one of the Founding Directors of NATE: The Communications Infrastructure Contractors Association (NATE). With industry collaboration, Craig has developed widely used interactive software programs that are available on WirelessEstimator at no charge such as the Emergency Services Locator and an interactive best practices Job Hazard Analysis that meets and exceeds all requirements set forth in ANSI/TIA-1019-A’s Checklist for Site Evaluation.|
|Jim Coleman serves on the Board of Directors of the Tower Industry Family Support Charitable Foundation. He has over 40 years of experience working in the tower construction/maintenance industry and holds a General Radio License. Jim is an active member of the Society of Broadcast Engineers (SBE), a Professional Member of the American Society of Safety Engineers (ASSE) and a founding member of the Alabama Wireless Association (AWA). In 2004, he was elected to serve on the Board of Directors for NATE: The Communications Infrastructure Contractors Association (NATE) and was elected by his peers to serve as Chairman of the Board from 2009 – 2013. Jim currently serves as the National Tower Safety Manager for AT&T.|
|Cliff Barbieri serves on the Board of Directors of the Tower Industry Family Support Charitable Foundation. He is the owner and founder of Advanced Tower Services, Inc. which is based in New Mexico. He began his career in the wireless industry in 1978, as an employee for Motorola. In 1994, Cliff started his own two-way and tower service company and has been active in the tower industry ever since.|
Bernard Borghei serves on the Board of Directors of the Tower Industry Family Support Charitable Foundation. He is the Executive Vice President of Operations and Co-Founder at Vertical Bridge REIT, LLC. He is responsible for Vertical Bridge’s daily operations, regulatory compliance, vendor management, engineering services, human resources and emerging technologies.
Mr. Borghei has over 25 years of experience in wireless industries and before co-founding Vertical Bridge REIT, LLC, he served as Senior Vice President and Partner at Global Tower Partners (GTP), where he oversaw domestic and international market operations, including a portfolio of more than 6,500 towers and 12,000 managed properties.
Mr. Borghei has also held executive and senior management positions in operations, engineering, sales, supply chain, site development, and customer care at several wireless operators and service providers including SkyBitz, Wireless Facilities, Inc. Western Wireless International, and at Triton PCS where he successfully ran operations across 24 different countries in Europe, the Middle East, Africa, North and South America.
Mr. Borghei has a Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from Villanova University and an MBA in global management from the University of Phoenix. He also serves on the Advisory Board for the Villanova School of Engineering and sits on the National Wireless Safety Alliance’s Board of Governors.
Eric Chase serves on the Board of Directors of the Tower Industry Family Support Charitable Foundation. He is CEO of Enertech Holdings, LLC and founder of Enertech Resources, LLC. Eric has spent over 20 years working at multiple levels of the wireless telecommunications infrastructure industry. A third-generation wireless veteran, his previous experience includes site development for AT&T, project management for CCI, and the founding of Enertech Resources.
In his current role, Eric oversees the strategic direction and vision for Enertech Holdings and its member companies. Under Eric’s leadership, Enertech Holdings has expanded the geographic footprint through highly strategic acquisitions and greenfield initiatives. In doing so, Mr. Chase has orchestrated the acquisition and integration of five regional firms creating the premier super-regional wireless telecommunications infrastructure services provider in the United States.
Beginning with Enertech Resources and expanding into the Enertech Holdings member companies, Chase has established a Best-in-Class Leadership Team with an Industry-Leading Safety Track Record.
In addition to his professional efforts in the wireless infrastructure services business, Eric is also active in the auto racing business, working closely with his son Parker Chase, a driver in the IMSA WeatherTech Sports Car Championship GTD who recently competed in the legendary Rolex 24 at Daytona alongside co-driver NASCAR Champion Kyle Busch. Mr. Chase lives in New Braunfels, Texas and holds a BBA from Abilene Christian University.
Bud Noel has been serving as Senior Vice President of Operations for the U.S. Tower Division of American Tower since February 2011. In this role, he leads the leasing operations, network operations, site development, and engineering organizations.
Mr. Noel has more than 25 years of network deployment experience, having served in various leadership roles in the telecommunications industry. Prior to joining American Tower, he started his career at Sprint Nextel and most recently served as Vice President for LightSquared. Mr. Noel holds a degree from East Carolina University.
Patrick Murphy founded Murphy Tower Service, LLC along with siblings Clyde Murphy and Lin (Murphy) Sheehey in 2004 after working in their father’s construction company, Murphy Construction, Inc. Pat is currently the CEO with 19 years of experience in the telecom industry, doubling as a tower climber in his first 10 years.
Prior to working in telecom, Pat worked in pharmaceutical research and development for 12 years at the University of Iowa’s Pharmaceutical Service Division where he was the Quality Control Laboratory Manager, leading a group of chemists performing contract R&D for pharmaceutical companies from all over the world, including U.S. government agencies such as National Institutes of Health (NIH) & National Cancer Institute (NCI). Pat earned his BS in 1991 and his MBA in 2001, both from the University of Iowa.
Pat and his wife Jane, who also works in the family business, just celebrated their 25th wedding anniversary and have three kids (two in college and one in high school). Pat likes to spend his free time with his family and also enjoys fishing, bow hunting, skiing, mountain biking and hitting the gym.
