Tower Family Foundation Announces Board and Committee Leadership Appointments
Victor Drouin Joins Board of Directors; Wade Collins and Paul Foster Appointed to Committees
(Grapevine, Texas) – The Tower Family Foundation announced today a series of appointments to the non-profit organization’s leadership structure.
Victor Drouin, President of Green Mountain Communications, Inc. in Pembroke, New Hampshire, has been appointed to the Tower Family Foundation Board of Directors. Drouin previously served as a member of the Tower Family Foundation Advisory Committee since the organization’s inception in 2014.
Wade Collins, Director of Business Development at Flash Technology in Franklin, Tennessee has been appointed to serve on the Tower Family Foundation Endowment Committee. In his role as a member of the Endowment Committee, Collins will assist in facilitating fundraising opportunities for the Tower Family Foundation and serve as an ambassador for the organization at state wireless association functions and other industry events held throughout the country.
Paul Foster, co-owner and CEO of Vinculums Services LLC in Irvine, California has been appointed to the serve on the Tower Family Foundation Advisory Committee. As a member of the Advisory Committee, Foster will be tasked with helping evaluate applications and rewarding financial assistance and scholarships in the aftermath of industry accidents and fatalities.
“We are thrilled to add Victor, Wade and Paul to these impactful positions on the Tower Family Foundation leadership team,” said Board President Jim Tracy from Burley, Washington. “These gentlemen embody the values of servant leadership, integrity and transparency that are the bedrock principles of what the organization was founded on and will be tremendous advocates for the Foundation out in the wireless marketplace,” Tracy added.
The Tower Family Foundation is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that provides financial assistance and scholarships to family members of a severely injured, permanently disabled, or deceased tower worker injured or killed in an accident stemming from working at heights on communication structures or other on-the-job related activities that tower workers are involved in on a daily basis.
Since its inception in 2014, the Tower Family Foundation has awarded over $556,000 in donations and scholarships to eligible tower workers and their families. In 2018, VRS P.C., an independent certified public accounting firm, calculated that over 97 cents of every dollar donated to the Tower Family Foundation goes directly to eligible benefactors.

About Tower Family Foundation
The Tower Industry Family Support Charitable Foundation has been established to help provide financial assistance to family members of a severely injured, permanently disabled, or deceased tower worker injured or killed in an accident stemming from working at heights on communication structures or other on the job related activities that tower workers are involved in on a daily basis. The intent of the donation is to provide a funding “bridge” to the affected families to help pay for immediate needs and help defray other related costs that families experience in a post-accident or fatality situation.
